It is a fact that if you want to make a change in your life you have got to start by transforming the way you think and conduct yourself. Everything boils down to your thoughts.
What you think you become.
If your mental picture is fear, you will be afraid. On the other hand, if you direct your attention to achieving a goal, you succeed.
Looking at yourself in a mirror as a different you, not the same person you look at every day, can have an effect in your conscious mind. In that reflection, envisage yourself as a mighty and fearless individual. Great minds think different.

How to Train Your Brain to Think Differently?
Repetition is key. How do you build muscles? Practice after practice.
Repeat a phrase many times and it becomes true. “I am strong, I can make this goal,” hence you will.
Thoughts and words are powerful. They are of such immense power that when you often say something to yourself, you accept it. And this is the point here, to re-programme yourself with positive views and phrases, words and actions.
But foremost, win the battle against yourself. It is you against you. You are besieged by negative energy.
The sea surrounds the ship, but it only sinks by getting water into the hull. Do not let your negative thoughts wreck your ship, leaving you to drown in the dark bottom of the ocean.
You are entitled to amazing things and you have the necessary to be in the major leagues. But first devote to a clear target.
Commit to Your Goal
What is your aim? Take notes of your wish and itemise it in specific steps.
The SMART criteria – specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely – can be helpful. Those actions will lead you to victory, but you’ve got to be ardent.
Never say “I Can’t,” instead, “How Do I Get It?”
Stop being afraid of starting. The most successful people started from scratch. The brave conquers despite fear.
“I don’t have time,” or “I’m tired,” are lies coming from your inner demons. Of course, you have time. Perhaps not 2 hours in a row, but a few minutes throughout the day, yes. Wake up 15 minutes earlier, for instance.
Never wait for the perfect time – create it.
Move Your Body
Important your words and thoughts are, but the body plays a definite role in all of this.
Workout to make your mind spark new ideas. While walking or jogging, record your thoughts in your smartphone. Get ready to be impressed by how many solutions your brain produces while walking.
Exercising releases endorphins, developing a deluge of ideas in your head.
Just after you’re done, listen to your recordings. Organise those ideas.
Sacrifice
Success demands particular sacrifices. Restrain yourself and forgo the pleasures of anything that hinders you from achieving your ambitions. Sacrifice is a choice when a dream is significant enough for you.
Keep in your mind and body the visceral feeling when you achieve a goal to inspire yourself. Then, never cease pushing.
Build discipline, establish routines, learn new material. Results will come before long if you do it daily.
Visualise the objective. If you see it in your mind, as clear as yourself in the mirror, for certain you achieve it. What you think you become.
Radical Resolutions
To become successful, make sweeping changes, from ditching toxic people and bad habits to exercising more and getting up earlier. Stop wasting your valuable time at parties, playing video games, watching TV.
The choice is yours. Radical decisions, outstanding results.
“If you want something you’ve never had, you’ve got to do something you’ve never done.” Thomas Jefferson
Be Obsessed
This is usually taken in a bad light. Be so fixated that nothing can take you away from your ambition. To be obsessive means to do in a week or less something that normally takes a month. Of course, if you are focused, and if obviously the goal is explicit.
Impossible? Never
Never, ever in your life accept the word impossible. Find a way, according to your knowledge and skills. Get the answer. The hurdles are usually in your mind.
From the depths of your soul, create the perfect time.
Motivate yourself as the first step, and keep on pushing with routines. Since you can’t always be motivated, you’ve got to be disciplined.
If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
Dare to think differently. The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards.
“If you want to make more money, you’ll have to do things differently. You will have to do things you never even thought of doing in the past. You will have to do things out of your comfort zone.” Dan Pena
